We've recently had some reports from new customers that the username, password login in Internet Explorer does not always work with the web cameras.
We've now duplicated the problem (technical drivel omitted) and can see that recent Internet Explorer updates have broken the login. We're developing a "workaround" and will publish it here shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience! But if you previously had the user ID and password saved in IE, it should continue to work.
