Corvette Fever Magazine followed our custom build of this top end midyear (C2) Vette street rod for the TimberWolf Speed Shop. Step-by-step progress on this great project car was reported in seven consecutive issues of Corvette Fever.  This unique Vette was also seen on Stacey David's GEARZ TV show. We're lovin' it, and ready to do your car next!

Kim Ian Madsen's own legendary factory race car, driven by Steve Elfenbein. Kim's father was the 'wrench' on this winning race car, and today it resides in Kim's own stable. This Big Brake Fuelie (RPO 87) was featured in Corvette Fever Magazine in the August 2008 issue.

 Long-Ago Ride led to First-Day 58 Fuelie

We're very pleased that two of our projects were covered in a single issue of Corvette Fever Magazine in August 2008.  Our NCRS-correct restoration of Ed Hoyt's incomparable '58 Fuelie (VIN #13!) not only earned top NCRS judging points, but also the distinction of a Corvette Fever Dream Ride.  

Our restoration of DeWayne Adamson's midyear 427 roadster started with a rebuild of the potent L72 powerplant which had thrown a valve during the Copperstate 1000. We "finished up" by  freshening up the body, interior, and chassis as part of the full restoration.

Kim Ian's 60 Fuelie has been a topic of historic interest to the Corvette enthusiat community for many years! This winning race car was previously featured on the cover of the October '90 issue of Keeping Track of Vettes.
